With strategy games, it is unacceptable to have the servers down for more than 4 hours. Before investing your time and money with Plarium, it might be best to instead look into networks that have been around longer and are more capable of handling situations like this. I've based this off of multiple websites that record up/downtime. After doing some research, I found that these downtimes are quite frequent, some of which span from 4-6 hours, although often only 30-40 minutes. Even as I write this, they are still down, and there has not been any explanation as to why.

Unfortunately, the servers seemed to have crashed and have now been offline for 6 hours. I was able to progress quickly in the game, and it is now the main game I play when I have spare time. After one week of playing "Vikings: War of Clans" I fell in love with the game and started pouring money into it. I will maintain my account with Planium and service it but they will not get any money ever.With no revenues from enough people they will eventualy find their little company will no longer be financially viable. Not to bad a game but whatever you do, do not pay them any money as you will be conned and dismissed, you will certainly not get any help or support in any way from Plarium. That is not a support department it is an excuse deparment. Plarium now say they are not able or willing to contact Boku, who collect money for them, and it is between me and Boku and nothing to do with them. They then stated I should contact Boku, ha. When I turned to Plarium support for help, they informed me they were only aware of Boku stating I had maxed out on what I could purchase, and were unaware of any money taken from me.
After a week of trying to contact Boku to no avail, the line goes dead. My son tried acouple of days later and also lost £10.We have both tried to contact Boku over the loss of £20. when I retried,Boku then stated I had exceeded my limit.
2 weeks ago I tried to purchase £30 worth of Rubies for "Pirates tides of fortune" via my mobile which meant using BOKU, they processed 40% of my request then timed me out and charged me £10 with no rubies.
